I have tried magnesium before to assist with sleep, this formula is fantastic!! It works so well, I was restful during sleep for the first time in a long time! It tastes amazing, I have it with warm water before bed and some magnesium supplements can upset my stomach but this has not upset my stomach at all!! A great product, thanks so much!!

I find it works wonderfully when I have sore muscles, especially when the soreness wakes me up in the middle of the night.
