Quite tasty, hope it works well as only taken for 2 days.

I have been taking this every night for 2 weeks an hour before bed. I make it with a dash of warm water and then top it up with warm milk to make a lovely hot choc. The taste is really nice not too sweet and definitely get the cocoa flavour. Within an hour I am sleepy and ready for bed. I sleep for a good 6-7 hours without waking up and that is fantastic for me since I used to wake up 5-6 times each night.

Fantastic product, I have been using it for numerous months now, I have CFS and the daily dose of magnesium keeps the pain away, and helps with sleep. I was previously using another Mg powder, also a great product liked the flavours but it left an unpleasant aftertaste. This product has no aftertaste, I love the pineapple flavour! Highly recommend it! The only issue I have with this & every other powdered supplement is the size of the packaging is too big for the product & its a waste of plastic. Thank you for producing a great Aussie product!
