Have been using it about half an hour to an hour before bed and noticed I am more relaxed before bed and waking up feeling well rested. Has a great chocolate taste!

I have tried magnesium before to assist with sleep, this formula is fantastic!! It works so well, I was restful during sleep for the first time in a long time!
