Muscle Bestie Gel 100g

I have been using this magnesium for a few weeks. I get very restless legs at night and find it hard to sleep. Thought id give this a go and it works very quickly and tastes yummy. Very happy and I recommend this product.

I have tried magnesium before to assist with sleep, this formula is fantastic!! It works so well, I was restful during sleep for the first time in a long time! It tastes amazing, I have it with warm water before bed and some magnesium supplements can upset my stomach but this has not upset my stomach at all!! A great product, thanks so much!!
